We have been working with Opedia since October 2024, for 5 months now, we started with 5 designers and are now hiring a further 2 senior designers. We have our project laid out over hundreds of design tasks on several subprojects within a task management app, clickup, which we assign to the designers. Each designer has taken ownership of a part of the application, and we have a daily one hour meeting with each of them. The designers have learnt the domain of what they are designing and we all follow the same design system. The disposition towards the work is positive and we make progress daily.
