At Opedia, we are looking for a Brand Designer who can define, evolve, and strengthen brand narratives through thoughtful design decisions. This role is not about chasing trends, but about creating work that lasts.

As a Brand Designer, you will help shape brand identities that feel intentional, memorable, and aligned with real business goals.

You will work closely with designers, strategists, developers, and marketers to translate brand values into cohesive visual systems. Your work will live across digital products, websites, marketing materials, and emerging platforms, always with consistency, clarity, and impact.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Create distinctive, cohesive, and scalable brand identities across print, digital & motion
  • Define behind brand strategies, visual languages, and brand narratives aligned with business goals.
  • Develop brand assets including sketching logos, typography systems, color palettes, iconography, and visual guidelines.
  • Design marketing and communication materials such as presentations, social media visuals, campaigns, landing pages, and brand collateral.
  • Propose original brand concepts and visual systems without replicating existing brands.
  • Explain brand decisions clearly, from concept to execution, including storytelling rationale.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, motion and project managers to ensure brand alignment.
  • Mentor junior designers and guide them in brand thinking and execution.
  • Stay up to date with branding trends, cultural shifts, and design tools to keep Musemind at the forefront of creative excellence.

Core Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in brand design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and identity projects.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to utilize AI tools effectively for ideation, exploration, and production.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and visual communication principles.
  • Ability to translate abstract ideas, brand values, and business goals into clear visual outcomes.
  • Excellent presentation and English communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand decisions confidently.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Design will be considered an added advantage.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of digital platforms and how branding adapts across web, mobile, and social media.
  • Strong conceptual thinking combined with practical execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to inspire, guide, and elevate team output.
  • A strong aesthetic sense with strategic reasoning behind every design choice.
