We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing successful products, with a portfolio showcasing live product examples and technological expertise. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to drive any product design efforts from concept to launch.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end product design process, from initial concept and ideation to final implementation and launch.
- Work closely with managers, engineers / Developers, and Clients to define product requirements and deliver design solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web-based solutions and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights that inform design decisions.
- Monitor and analyze user interactions with the product post-launch, making data-driven adjustments to enhance the user experience.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into the design process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product design and development, with a portfolio of completed scalable products that are live online.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, UX/UI best practices, and interaction design.
- Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate design implementation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
